The lead-foot is responsible for generating largest Ground Reaction Force (GRF) torque while the lag-trail foot contributes to the pivoting torque more.
The instant the lead arm becomes parallel to the ground at that point generates maximum linear and angular velocity while loading the lead-foot.
The loading onto the lead-foot near this point is critical in generating both pivoting torques and Ground Reaction Force (GRF) torques.
Vertical and horizontal rhythms are "crucial aspects of a dynamic golf swing."
Swing Plane Torques (Total) = Horizontal Z-axis Plane Torques + Frontal X-axis Plane Torques
Horiizontal Z-axis Plane Torques = Very Significant
Frontal X-axis Plane Torques = Significant
Lateral Y-axis Plane Torques = Non-significant

My Golf Teachers and Mentors: PGA Major Tour Wins, PGA Teacher and Player of the Year
Benny Passons and John Sikes are my current golf coaches. I studied Jack Nicklaus, Ben Hogan and Butch Harmon at the age of 15 and in my 30's and more in-depth in 2020. In 2020 and 2021 to date; I trained with Benny Passons and John Sikes for several years on a regular basis as well as four (4) other PGA Pros to mention Bob Mims, Bo Brayant, Stetson McMillian and John Kursel starting in 2021. In the latter of 2023 I studied under Dr. Young-Hoo Kwon Professor at Texas Women's University; then in 2023, Ryan Lapuz was the first to evoke corrective performance drills for effective low point ball compression of my downswing swing biomechanics syncing hands-pelvis-thorax linkage torques to impact; and now in 2025 I have peak interest to further leverage my knowledge-base from Golf Pass Chris Como and Dr. Sasho McKensie.
